spendy Registered User Join Date: Dec 2012 Location: DE Posts: 126	A couple tips - Remember to loosen the axle nut before jacking up the car. I use a 1-1/4" socket, 3/4" drive. I loosened the inner mounting bolt for the lower control arm so it would drop out of the way and make it easier to slide the carrier off the strut and half shaft.
