No, they don't. If yours do, then you're probably missing foam on one or more of your diversion flaps.

Wrong again.
"Auto" is for automatic temperature control (controls the heater core flap/AC and fan speed).
Sounds like you also need to contact Jay for a copy of the owners manual.
