Talking We need to do one of these!!!

I went to Sharks In The Mountains two weekends ago and what a weekend!! Hanging out with all of the east coast guys I talk to online 'til the wee hours. Car talk about nothing but Porsche. Seeing mods others had done and considering future mods for mine. Driving through the mountains. Just a wonderful time for all! There was even a group of Boxsters and 911s that showed up on the mountain top for a short while. One of the companies who sell products for our cars sponsored it and had a tech session on installing their new super charger.

Sharks In The Mountains Recap

We also got to drive the Tail of the Dragon.

So, what do you think about something similar?

Btw, page 5 a little down posted by MGW-Fla, my wife said it takes a lot to get the guy on the right to smile like that.

Send a message via AIM to blinkwatt
I like the idea but it seems as if we are scattered around the world. If there is a way it can be done I would be more then willing to go.

Blue Ridge Boxster Summit

All of the Boxsters were in Blowing Rock for the summit. I made the trip myself. It was great seeing all of the Boxsters, but all of the sharks in the area made it even better. The summit is pretty big ( about 150 cars total) and people from as far as TX, Mass, and Mich all made the trip. Check out the website and plan for next year's event.

There is always Boxstoberfest in the Texas hill country! What a great time that is. September 8-10th. www.boxstoberfest.com

I made the 14 hour trip last year pulling a supercharged 2.5L boxster in a 28 foot trailer. We had more fun on that trip......
