Won't start after door open?
 
Hello all,
I get no turnover when I turn the key, but I get all the dash lights and seat belt warning bell, etc. I drove it yesterday no problem and the only thing I can think of just now is that I tried starting it with the door open. Will that trigger something?

If it's a manual transmission, did you push in fully on the clutch pedal?

If you don't push the clutch in far enough to activate the electrical clutch interlock switch, it will prevent the starter motor from cranking.

Check battery and battery connections, including feed through and both sides of ground cable.

To add to this, it could also be the clutch switch going bad.
This is going to be hard to figure out without a lot more detail, it could be a lot of different things.
