purple bird poop on grey soft top

Detailing project going well. Thought I was far enough away from the robin's nest, but small purple spots proved otherwise. Thoughts on safe clean up? (Don't want to ruffle the feathers of the fabric!)

REMOVE ASAP.

Use a stiff stream of water and a soft tooth brush.
NO detergent, that means if you go to a car wash don't get any soap on the
fabric top. Detergents attract dust which leads to the fabric breaking down.

Order some Raggtopp Cleaner and a bottle Raggtopp Protectant and
use a dedicated OXO feather tip brush.

and avoid parking under trees whenver possible. Last week I spent a long time cleaning the car, parked it under a tree in Supermarket parking lot for only 30 minutes minutes and the car was full of tree sap and bird bombs.

Sound advice from Perfectlap

I had some goose droppings (I think) on my black top, went and did exactly that, stream of water on it, then used the Porsche Tequipment top cleaner and a toothbrush.....minutes later, no stains at all!
