trunk release

when I'm sitting in the car and I want to release the trunk I have to open my door inorder to be able to pull back on the lever to release the trunk. Is there any other way to release the trunk without having to open the door?

You can try the trunk release from your key. Other then that you would have to open the door.

thanks 986Jim, I was hoping there was some other way beside using the key. Don't you all find it annoying when you have to open the door to release the lever?

That's not the case with the 987. The trunk releases are just inboard of the door.
