Ok, here's another. After a morning spent power washing the house and driveway, mulching leaves, applying winter fertilizer, and worst of all - prepping and test starting the snowblower - I treated myself to two hours of top down driving (about 50F) on the North Shore of Boston. Not many more days left for this, but it sure was fun! This is near the Crane Estate in Ipswich, MA.

Driving past the lake today, I pulled over for a quick shot. It's a late change of season this year and I don't know if we will get good fall foliage in NE Oklahoma.

We have had the driest fall in history here, so no pretty colors. Here is my 01 on the TVA Reservation

Thats one thing I do miss, being from Ontario, Canada originally.
The terrain in the South West US just doesn't have much of the kind of colors and fresh crisp fall air like they do North and East of this sparse wasteland out here. Really appreciate those great colored pics especially with the Black Boxsters. Food for the soul! :cool: Too bad your gonna have to put them away for the winter. :p |
