Painted Side Vents- Close-ups

A few members asked for close-ups of my painted 987S side vents. Here they are:

Like I said before... the painted side vents look great! I starting to consider painting mine black.

Verrrrry nice indeed. Changes the look quite abit, takes your eyes away from the vents almost completely.

Did you use factory paint/clearcoat?

I guess I 'lucked out'....Silver car = Silver vents!

Rondog, thanks man! I chose the Carrera Classics for 3 main reasons:

1) The openness allows for the brake work to be seen really well (the red calipers!)
2) Easier to clean (the barrell) because my hands can fit between the spokes.
3) They are 19's

Uncle Bob, these were done by www.bumperplugs.com ($175 with core exchange). The owner there, Eric Sklut, was great to work with. I sent the painted vents to the dealer, and they did the install prior to final delivery.
