1998 boxster convertible roof issue

Hi Guys have a 98 porsche boxster convertible roof mechanism is broken on drivers side. I am new to this. Posted a picture taken by my mechanic of whats broken if anyone has had a similar problem or can chime in on which part i would need to order.

It's $60 for that part, replaced mine recently also on the driver side

Those parts are also available on eBay and I have some tucked away in a box somewhere I can find if you can't get them elsewhere.

I don't have the part number but my local dealer had it for me in two days, it is not expensive, pretty sure it was right around $60 but I ordered other parts for my Audi from same Porsche/Audi dealer at the same time

Yes, that looks to be the correct part to me.

Also be sure that the broken arm did not tear the foam drip tray below the arm. If it did, you must make sure it is repaired or replaced or water will seep into the car behind the seats whenever the car gets wet. You can't wait on that, especially if it is on the drivers side as there are costly electronics under the drivers seat that will be quickly ruined.
