I will be the first to admit that I wasnt to happy about the back end as much as the front when I first saw a Boxster many years ago. The other night,after I was cleaning off some sap that got on the back end,I just stopped to what I beleive was to check out "her" behind,just as if she were a women. As the instant detailer layed there beading I couldn't help but want to take the microfiber towel, wind it up real tight and snap it in an attempt to flirt with "her",just as if she were a women. At that point I realized that "her" back end has grown on me,maybe a little too much. Boy oh boy,I must have some screw in my head loose. Which brings me to my next point,which half of the Boxster drew you to it? Front or back? No politically correct,the "left half" or "right half" answers.

For me, the rear and side of the boxs are beautiful.

The front, not so at all.

I think the car looks great coming and going. What attracted me to this car was it's gluelike cornering and 280 horses, all wanting to get out at the same time (to borrow a phrase). :D

from far away the back ass is pretty crazyyy. but the best view, which most cars lack when you look at the car from the front to see the side view. looking at the car from the front side to the vents sickkkkk. with bigger rims and a deep dish you can see that the back of the car has alittle bit of a wide body effect. so nice.

i too was never a big fan of the rear end, it is growing on me also. here is a pic of my ass.....rear bumperettes are a must paint. changed the entire look of the the back. the rear spoiler from far in the dark looks like one huge vent / hole. the shaddow gives this impression from far. up close pretty cool...like the cayman spoiler.

I had a Z4 before my 986S. While the Z4 looks more modern - more *NEW* - the Boxster has some beatiful lines and reflects more of a classic style imo.

I love the back and front. I love this car.
