As mentioned above you just need to replace the lighter socket. Very quick, simple DIY.

It's cheaper to buy based on the part numbers than to buy the kit (Suncoast rarely has the best prices):
Socket PN: 996.652.101.10.A05
Retaining Ring PN: 996.652.102.10
