Unhappy WTF is this sound?

Hey
I have a 1999 Model Boxster and it has this very strang sound which seems to becoming from drivers side (RHD Australian) behind the seat area or somewhere but its not the front of the car.

The sound is hard to discribe but I will give it a shot.
The sound is like 2 suitcase keys slapping against each other or a small chain being shacken, its not very loud but you can hear it. This happens every time I go over a bump, from bumps on the road to speed humps. I have taken it to my local Porsche Centre and they "THINK" is the work its my drivers side rear suspension thats making the sound but they said there is nothing wrong with the suspension its self its just making this sound, something to do with a valve???

Has anyone else had this problem or anyone know WTF it is?

Hope someone can help me out there in Boxster Land
