Bank 2 2nd cat, those are available used (Woody probably has several) all.over the place, are you permitted to swap a used part in California? If so should be a quick fix and cheap :)

$500 is a good deal, when I did my IMS it was $1300 for the Ln part, oil change, all seals, and labor.
