Amen. Thanks to all who served for your sacrifice.

To all who served, and to the family of the ones who served, you all have made a huge sacrifice. Thank you and god bless

Yes, Fredom is not Free! Too many in this country believe it is, sadly.

One of the most moving things things I have experienced in my life was visiting the Arizona Memorial in Hawaii. Standing over that ship and reading the names of men just below. Then trying to imagine what hell that day must have been like is very humbling. Thank-you to all who have/are serving.

My Dad lost a number of friends and relatives in WWII in Europe, Africa and in Texas (Mineral Wells, Prison Camp).

German Military forces Casualties: 5.3 million
Allied bombing German civilian losses: 635,000
Occupation casualties and forced labor in Soviet Union camps:2 million
Nazi Euthanasia program for unfit Germans: 200,000

The Sacrifice of life in every nation is staggering in war and its always some kind of radical that creates a situation to have to put our bravest young people in harms way.

I always support the soldiers but not the politicians that create the need for war.

My dad dealt with the aftereffects of combat in Vietnam for over 47 years. And thanks to usage of Agent Orange, exposure to that dioxin, and complications due to that exposure, he's gone. He was a hell of a man and we miss him terribly.
