I kept mine.

Any wobble?

Nope. Solid as a rock. However, seal was compromised, bearing full of oil. Flange was leaking as well. So...I guess that's a "Stage 2"?

The good news: no metal in the sump, oil, filter, etc. Bearings looked good.

My IMS bearing was replaced last week along with clutch, flywheel, RMS, etc. The old bearing looks fine felt very smooth and no wobble. The seals were intact with no apparent deterioration but the grease was gone and it was filled with clean fresh oil, maybe because I change my oil every 3 to 5 K Km. The sump and and oil were clean. The bearing flange and RMS had no leaks. I'm thinner in the wallet but now I have less weight on my shoulders.

I now have an IMS Bearing and Flange paperweight combination.

Same here. New clutch and RMS. Doing chain tensioners today, followed by AOS, water pump, belt, idler pulleys, other cats and dogs. Maybe someday I'll get to drive it.

If I were really ambitious, I'd tear into it and do the lifters and chain ramps, but I'm too old and lazy. And cheap. So I'm just going to burn some incense, drive the ******************** out of it, and hope it doesn't explode.
