Sound when depressing/releasing the clutch

So I was driving home and I thought everything was fine. I get home and something made me put my foot on the clutch. To my suprise I hear a sound as the clutch is half pressed and it continues as I continue to press it to the floor. Now as I release the clutch it sounds like the same sound but backwords and disappears as my foot is halfway off the clutch. My car has 54k on it,the clutch has 29k. I have confirmed it is coming from the bottom of the car. Could this be a sign of a worn clutch? Today the shop that I took my car to mount and balance a tire jacked the car up,could this be a cause of the sound?

Upon further inspection/symptoms I notice that the sound only occurs when I press and release the clutch quickly. When I push the clutch in slow and release it slow it doesnt make a sound, anyone expierence this before? Is there a part I should lube?
