codes p0410/p1411

Are these secondary p0410 and p1411 codes going to hurt engine if i drive
gas mileage and driving feels fine

Generally, the car should be ok to drive and shouldn't cause any additional damage.

Thanks for the info..much appreciated
I plan on check valve change soon but just wanted to be safe
Ive heard it can damage your cats and maybe good case its just a vac leak

While a continually rich running engine can damage the cat's (and the Boxster engine does run rich at startup), damage to the cat's in this scenario is not likely since the engine does not operate very long in this condition (usually just a min or two).

Changing out that valve isn`t the easiest dyi. There`s lots of threads on this.Do some research before you start.Clear the CEL and see if it returns.I had the valve changed on mine but the light comes on maybe twice a year.It may be plastic hoses. Best to do a smoke test before you start removing parts. Ie. fuel rail , intake .
