wipers not working

so yesterday I tried using the wipers and they only went up and stayed up like they froze or something. am guessing a I need a new wiper motor? ignition switch is new, all headlights work, the fuse is good. any ideas ??

Check the relay first, switch another good one out and see if it works. Then check the motor.
