Leather seat repair?

My driver seat looks like this, but worse. Suggestions? Is there a dye I can get?

Try black shoe polish, the paste type like Kiwi.

I recommend that you contact the company at this link:
https://www.seatdoctors.com/porsche-leather-dye

They offer dyes mixed to match Porsche interiors. It is more expensive than shoe polish. I think it would be a better match for the color of your seat and you won't need to be concerned that shoe polish may rub off on your clothes.

I used their dye to completely re-dye a pair of seats in another car I own, and I was pleased with the results. You can see my work here: https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w203/716541-seat-swap-2009-c63.html

We have a place in OMA called Dr Vinyl that repairs all my Wheeler Dealer Porsches when they have bolster issues. I'm sure there's a place in the Pacific Northwest that does the same thing. That doesn't look too serious.
