Your worst nightmare if you've ever used a transport company.
Yes they're real. :(
Story is that the driver tried to speed the truck across the tracks to beat a train.

I literally just screamed out loud. Like a small child.

BIGJake111 02-01-2016 02:39 PM

Speechless.

The horror, the horror....

Corvette

I think this is worse than the sink hole at the vette museum. Those vettes are starting to be a pain in the gtlm class as well as prototype. They keep winning! I think human error is a much tougher pill to swallow as far as the wreck goes.

rexcramer 02-01-2016 04:49 PM

I think we should bring back drawn and quartered. I can hear the insurance adjuster puckering now....

Timco 02-01-2016 05:25 PM

Meh....

That'll buff right out.

In Cyprus, that's a fender bender.

stelan 02-01-2016 11:24 PM

When I first saw this it was on my phone and could not see the detail then I re-read the OP comments and notice they are metal bodies, wow that blows!

GaryMulcahey 02-02-2016 05:56 AM

Heartbreaking.

BoxsterLS376 02-02-2016 06:04 AM

Any other details on when/where this happened?

Now THAT'S funny!

I was there the day before this occurred. It was in 2008 after a Porsche show and swap meet at the Ventura (CA) fairgrounds. Here is a story and more photos from Flat six;

Train strikes car-carrier in Ventura loaded with vintage Porsches

It's just something someone sent me, but I researched it and yeah, that's it. It is the one that happened in California in 2008 turns out.
Still horrific.

Would be interesting to know if the cars were repaired.

BIGJake111 02-02-2016 10:16 AM

I bet those cars wrecked in 2016 are worth what they were clean in 2008.
