Coolant over flow tube

Replaced wp and filled new fluid. Fluid coming out of overflow and noticed around pressure relief valve. I am taking out fluid now. Have I damaged anything. Temp is perfect. No leaks at wp.

I don't think anything is damaged but any overflow will end up under the cover around the coolant tank top. The drain drops the fluid in front of the right rear tire.

Don't forget to raise the pressure relief valve D shaped ring for 2-3 heat cycles to get rid of any air pockets hiding in the system too.....
