The car seams to be in good repair.
That is an alarming amount of work for the last 7 months. I can see why the owner wants to sell it. It's a money pit. Do you think the owner has the pit filled, or is the owner aware an end to spending is not in sight and is ready for someone else to start sinking cash into it?
