VIN Decoder

Hi Guys I need your advice.

I found a decoder on line and punched the vin number in..
Here is what came back

WP0CB29812U660443 Porsche Boxster 2002 - VinDecoderz.com is a free VIN number lookup and vehicle history report provider

It says the car should have approx. 212k

The actual odometer reading is showing 156k

Could the vin decoder be wrong?

If its correct does that mean the dealer in messing with the mileage???

I would love to hear our opinions.
