Interior carpeted trim removal

How do I remove the carpeted trim on either side of the engine access hatch? These are the ones behind your elbow as you are seated. They go up and cover the seat belt spool.

That's what I needed, thanks. Bolts and screws, I couldn't figure out what was holding it in. Couldn't have been just tabs like the rest of the trim.
