Boxster key stuck???

I had the dead battery issue in my 2011 Spyder and had to jump through the fuse box to open the hood. Got battery charged, car runs great EXCEPT when I shut it down the key will not come out! I can get it out with the wire pin from the fuse box but not unless I do that. Anyone see this before and any solution?
