Immm back.
Bought another Boxster after my divorce. 2002 base, silver and black. A lady owned it, she passed away in May at 74. Car had 57,600 on it and was always Porches maintained. Have all the records and history. Nice thing she did was put a short shift in it. Outside of that car is original. Always garaged and covered. Paid $8,500 for it.http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1446509811.jpghttp://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1446509883.jpghttp://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1446509931.jpg

Good to see you!
Old lady with a short shifter?? That's like this 80 year old guy I see in the morning driving a 2000'ish MR2 with a five speed. Takes him about 5 minutes to get in and out of the car but he's still got it. p.s. Those pics look like Hunter's Creek. |
Welcome back! Nice car and nothing is cooler than buying a Porsche from a little old lady with a short shifter!

Wow, that's a clean one! You can tell it was pampered. Congrats!
Was this lady from Pasedena by any chance? |
2002 Boxster
The son that I got the car from said his mother always had a Porsche. She actually had a fairly new Cayenne but they kept that one. At 6'4" he found getting in and out a hassle. So, now I have it.

Lived in Pasadena for 35 years and sold three Porsche's while living there. Does that count for anything? I guess not because I'm not a lady and I'm not old.
Welcome back to the family. |
