Transmission drain and fill plugs

Are both plugs removed with same tool? (16 MM triple square) Does any one know where to buy one?

I bought my trip square set at Napa auto parts. I'd think most auto part stores should have them.

The drain plug takes a 16mm triple square TAMPER PROOF bit. Apparently the plug's valuable somewhere. And the fill is a 17mm hex. I ordered off Amazon but NAPA or O'reilly Auto has them.
