An I asking too much? As I plan projects for my car's next hibernation, one wish keeps coming to mind. I want that burble sound from my exhaust upon deceleration. I don't want to buy a new exhaust system, encounter any CEL or cause any drone. Does this seem realistic? |

With that being said, Fintro proposed a reasonably affordable solution that doesn't have much drone but does require changing the exhaust system. Be aware that the exhaust will also be MUCH louder than stock - but it does sound very bad ass. |

Above is all true. I have Circuit Werks / Beluga, but same deal. I got quite a bit more decel burble when I went to a 75mm TB and 997 plenum T, but exhaust was already in place, so I doubt it would have the same effect with stock exhaust. Car is a 2.7 5-speed. |

Can anyone point me to a video with sound of 'drone'? I don't know exactly what that sound is, and it sounds like I wouldn't want that sound if I heard that sound. |

Replace all cats with test pipes and run some race gas to richen the car up. |

Haven't located any Top speed test pipes. Circuit Werks just as good? |
