My dealer definitely has two levels of service. 911 white glove, and all beneath.

Took it to dealer for brake fluid flush before my Motive arrived. Got it back and noticed after they closed the pool of brake fluid in each barrel. That's right. Bled them wheels on. Took lacquer thinner to wipe them clean. Tech had used a rag to wipe the mess but it made a thick patch with brake dust where it pooled up. Ran down the outer edge of a brake pad too.

Washed them all out that night myself. Wasn't leaving it that way. The dealer offered a free detail after the GM called back after I left a detailed survey reply that went to PNA then is sent back to Porsche Salt Lake City. Porsche was all over that.
