Lightbulb Headlight Instructions - Help

Hey folks, can anyone post the steps to remove the headlight assembly so that I can change the light bulb - I know there is a DIY instructions on here somewhere but I have not been able to find it... or perhaps there is a video outside this forum...

Thanks
