Rollbar inserts size

I'm interested to know the flattened dimensions of a rollbar insert. I realize this is a long shot, but if I can get the dimensions (with the insert pressed flat against a piece of paper, and the outline traces/measured) I can easily make a 3d model and 3d print them on my desk.

They would print totally flat, but with some tweaking, the 3d filament can nicely and easily flex into the proper position so it can 'latch' in.

After getting a proper 3d model, these things would be super easy and cheap to crank out, and anything I come up with I would certainly share with the community. I've been trying to make a model and its pretty difficult without having the inserts. The same idea goes for roll bar covers.

Can anyone take their insert out, press it flat against a piece of paper and trace it?
