The information on their web site indicates that some sewing would be required. I have not seen a set of DIY instructions for this, so I'm not sure it is something a typical owner could do. You might need to find an upholstery shop.
I retrofitted a 2004 top and frame to my car. That included a headliner. While the 03/04 tops are hard to find, you could probably find a top and frame from an 01 or 02 car (or a 2000 S) more easily. These came with the headliner. If you found an inexpensive top and frame, you could add one of the retrofit glass window tops and have a nice upgrade.
