Circuit Werks Exhaust

Has anyone here had any dealings with this company out of Texas? Circuit Werks, (PrideCarbon@gmail.com). I purchased a cat back stainless exhaust system from them on the 31st of May and installed it shortly after. It looked great, sounded great, fit great and then developed a rattle, sounding something like a baffle, on startup and then a tinny rattle thereafter. I have contacted them and, so far no response. Going back and reviewing the "fine print", they do mention warranty several times but, thats all they do is mention it. I'm just curious if anyone else has had any experience with them. I love the exhaust but, their response to this problem will make or break my confidence. Anyone?

Did you install ca pipes + exhaust? Or only cat pipes?
You don't like the way your exhaust sounds? How many miles did you put on it?
I installed their cat pipes like 2 months ago, I lost a plug and they sent a new one right away.
No complain so far with them.

Actually I loved the sound...until it changed. There is definately a loose baffle in the muffler. It makes a funky "burbleling"noise for about a minute at startup, (cold), and then turns to a tinny rattle, (sounds like a loose shield), for the remainder of the time the car is running. I hear it mostly when backing into the garage. I did not install the cat pipes, only the muffler assy.
