How do I silence squeaking dash trim?

The plastic trim panel ahead of the passenger speaker makes a creaking sound, very annoying, sometimes it creaks while driving, other times not. Driver's side is quiet.

Any ideas how to quiet it down?? Here's a video to give you a better idea..

1. You sourced a squeak. That's amazing. Congratulations! (and I am not being sarcastic.)

2. Best thing to do would be to remove it and figure out where it's rubbing and either sand down that spot or put some thin felt on it and put it back on the dash.

Sometimes the passenger side air bag squeaks on my '99 and I just bang on it until it stops.
