Moving Climate control up one space...

Hey all, this is an issue that is driving me nuts and hoping someone can give me a part number...

I have a 7" double din stereo installed in the upper console so its fully spoken for. The problem is the lower console. Current configuration is a storage cubby above and then the climate control below that. This puts my climate controls directly behind the stick shifter and its very inconvenient both visually and operationally. Did Porsche make a lower bracket cage that allows the stock climate control to be put above a stock storage cubby? I did a search of this forum and didnt find much and Ive not found one on fleabay besides the same configuration I have now. Any advice is appreciated.

I believe the second from the bottom opening is the same size as the two upper openings (where you have your double DIN install). You should be able to use the same trim for the AC as you would for the two upper openings (AC trim PN: 986 552 153 00 (satin black, they also make it in leather)). I believe only the lowest opening is a different size than the other three.

Can someone who has done this confirm?

The shelf for the lowest opening is PN: 996 552 243 01 (satin black)

Thats so strange. Colorado Bob had it 'professionally installed' like that and Im wondering if they cut up the cage to get the climate control in the top spot. For me its not just a matter of the trim piece, my lower cage does not allow the climate control to go above the cubby, it just doesnt fit in the upper slot. I also dont see the different cage on the suncoast link he provided, yeah I see the radio install kit for the upper console cage....thanks for the links.
