This short video made by Porsche depicts a father and son sharing a moment in the garage and reflecting on how the Porsche 911 has changed over the years.

I have shared my Porsche passion with my two college age son's over the years - they have both done track day's in the Spec Boxster and they drive/borrow the Porsche's whenever they want. And my older son now owns the 944 Turbo. Porsche has been something that we can all connect through and share together.

And to a teenager, a Porsche is 10x cooler than an iPhone! :)

We celebrated Fathers Day yesterday,

Starting with a trip to a local junk yards... (quality time you know. .) LOL and ending with a nice tepanyaki dinner and a movie


Today, I am celebrating by myself on the ORD airport waiting for a connection :-(

My ex wife moved around for many, many years after we split just after my son was born. I never met my son until he was about 20. Lawyers and the whole bit. Was granted more 'visitation' but no legal custody. Paid child support the entire time. Glad that's done.

Every Father's Day since has been the best one. Even today as I'm sick and no food 24 hours now. Still the best.
