Finally took my first drive!

This is the car I bought in Florida and had shipped back. We had a terrible and long winter up here, and I live on a dirt road which is finally not a mud hole any more, so it was time for Baby to come out. Title transfer done, motor vehicle inspection done, license plate installed, all this week, and finally today some sun for its first real drive. What fun this is! This pic is at the local lobster fishing wharf.

Love the yellow. I'm very jelly. Waiting on parts after getting it all back together.

I just flew over Nova Scotia yesterday! It looked like a great day for a drive. I was wishing I could drive my 986 along the coast there. I've been to Halifax a few times and would love to drive top down in your part of the world! Beautiful car, enjoy the summer

Thanks very much Bruce! Yes there are some fun drives here. The Cabot Trail on Cape Breton is just 3 hours away from my home, then a day's drive around some of the prettiest countryside you could imagine. And the 11-km long bridge to Prince Edward Island is an hour from home, and a great place to spend the day. My gas card will be getting a workout this summer

The season is short here in the Great White North, so get those drives in buddy. If you get enough in, the grin will last most of the winter!

You are welcome! As I crossed over, I knew someone had to be enjoying such a pretty day for a drive down there!
