On Board Computer Column Switch

Will the on board computer column switch from a 997 fit a 986?

I dont think so, the 4 stalk assemblies come available quite often

Ideas about a way to find out would be:

Find the parts numbers for both items. If they match, they will work.

Failing that post a picture of just the switch. I am sure we can find a picture of the 986 switch for a comparison.

Thanks guys.
I did buy your part and its great. How do I hook it up if I wanted to do a dash switch? I can't seem to find the column switch for the 98.

Take a look at the Pelican article, it gives instructions on how to install this mod with a rocker switch.
