near miss

a rare stroke of good luck, sort of. While driving under a bridge a piece of rock fell off and bounced onto the road in front of me. The rock was headed at my headlights
Too late to avoid it and ping it bounces off the car. I imediately started to cry like a little girl. I pulled over and the rock landed squarely on the clear triangle breaking in two pieces. My $1200 headlights spared. What a hassle it would have been to buy just one headlight housing. THat close to a major PITA.

Anyone have a right side clear triangle for sale?

p.s.
I was kidding about crying like a little girl.

"I immediately started to cry like a little girl"

Like Johnny Sacramoni on the Sopranos last night? What's with it and you Jersey wise-guys?

Glad to hear you and your ride (for the most part) were spared...

I yoosed to live in won of dem towns they film in
The restaurant they blew up Bucco's? was actually one of my favorite places but it wasn't Italian at all, French-Spanish fusion called Manolo's.
I's yooosed to have a real problem with that show. Having previously worked in federal law enforcement I thought it was a bit too flattering to those sociopaths.
But the writing is priceless "Allegra? wats dat have to do with allergy medicine?".

Close call. A $40 problem sure beats a $1200 problem.

Oh, and it's ok to cry once in a while.

I still can't believe my luck. Right on the clear triangle. What are the chances
I think I'm going to order some of that 80 mm Vinly Stone Guard.
this was a warning from the Sports Car Gods.
