4186 should work for you.... my apologies for the long delay but I didn't see this post until now. I'm not always on to check for the latest posts.

Although 2645 comes up as the first choice for the unit.
2644 and 2244 as a 2nd and 3rd options.

We just bought our first Porsche -- but the radio code didn't come with the car! It's a 2002 Carrera with a cdr-220. I followed many of the instructions posted here to find the model (Becker 4462) and the serial #. Unfortunately the display is damaged so here is what I get for a serial number (PHOTO ATTACHED). Any help appreciated!!http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02...1496606181.jpg

I am new to this forum so I apologize if I didn't post this question in the right place . I have a 99 boxster that had a dead battery , my radio needs a code , my serial number for the CDR 220 is BE 4462 Y 5043452 . I am trying to avoid paying for the code to a U.K. Company as I do not have PayPal which they want for payment . Any help would be appreciated . I do not have a Porsche dealer on The island I live on . Thank you

Hi everyone,

I recently mot’d my car after 5 years. The original Becker CDR-22 (model BE4467) in my Boxster 986 is currently locked and asking for a code.

Here is the serial number from the unit:
BE4467 W5018715

I would be very grateful if someone could help me retrieve the correct unlock code.
Thanks in advance for your time and support!

Best regards,
Ken

This post is a decade old. There is a thread on renntech that is a thousand pages long with requests/replies. I'd look there.
