A.C> Compressor Causes Vibration
 
When the A.C. comperssor is on it causes substational vibration iin steering wheel. Found one post which mentioned radiator fans on the drivers side? Any thoughts?

Sounds easy enough if you think that is the issue, jump the wires at the fan relay with the engine off and see if that is the issue.
