I saw one of these on the road.
Pretty darn cool summer fun. Not legal in Texas of all places. Gets more looks than an Elise for the money.
The one I saw had plates and the driver was going no-helmet to pick up a Pizza and can of paint or whatever. Lol.

Why are these not legal in some states? Motorcycles are legal and these are no more danagerous.
I'll take the McLaren. I just don't think I can get it up the driveway without scrapping.

active suspension will be an option. But are you really sure you want a McLaren?

Yeah, driveway scraping is the only thing holding me back from a McLaren too

Seen a few running around here. Looks like compition for Bombardiers Skid-doo on wheels or the T-Rex. Two or four wheels. Three's just stupid. All the inconvenience of a motorcycle but don't have the power to wieght ratio, the ability to lean, get through traffic, or park just about anywhere.

It's an intriguing idea, but (just my opinion) it's hideous. Target audience must be video gamers.

Agreed. There are several around here. They look like something out of a Batman movie...and not in a good way.

I have one on order.Been riding motorcycles since 1966 and now have bad feet due to my diabetes so I can no longer ride one.The Slingshot was the perfect replacement.Might have to sell the Boxster as the clutch is getting harder and harder to depress.

Congrats on getting a slingshot!

Love that Slingshot! Styling is a little strange, but the view from the cockpit is amazing!

There is a local teenager with a slingshot and a cts v (dad owns a chain of bro truck mod shops.)
It's a pretty cool car I don't care much for the styling though.
The Morgan 3 wheeler is much more my style!
