Yes true, and i already made a appointment to have it done....But my day gets better, parked the car at costco and the battery dies....Its been struggling lately to start and the battery finally gave out...

What was that lightweight battery everyone was talkin about?

Optima batteries. Performance Products sells them if I remember correctly. I beleive that they require a certain harness or bracket to fit in Porsches. Good luck James.

Actually the light battery you need was inside at Costco. Battery #47 costs $49.99 and weighs MAYBE half of the stupid Moll battery.

Better battery to boot.

Is is me or is the Porsche just a battery eater!!!!!!!!!!!

I replace the battery in just about every Porsche I sell.

I've read somewhere that european batteries aren't that great when it comes to longevity. That said, last month I replaced what was said to be the original battery in my car.
