Seat back won't lock
 

I had my car detailed on Saturday. Sunday I installed a new head unit and noticed that I could not bring the seat back forward anymore. I worked on it and it came forward but now will not lock back down no mater how far forward I slide the seat.

Has anyone had this happen? Is there a way to check the mechanism?
