Woody's Boxster Grave Yard

Made the pilgrimage to Bastrop, TX (Southeast of Austin) to check out Woody's Boxster graveyard and buy some struts from him for my 97 that were taken off a younger Boxster with low miles. One of my Ksport Kontrol coilovers needs rebuilding and I'm going back to stock.

It was just a little eerie to walk around and see all these Boxsters all torn down. Woody is a very friendly guy and helped me get a full set of struts and springs for my car for a reasonable amount. The wife even went along for the day trip because I promised her we'd stop for BBQ on the way home. BTW, this part of Texas is known for BBQ joints, most of whom do a fine job of moist brisket. God bless them all!

Now for the hard work of tearing down the entire suspension to go back to stock... At least the ride will improve!

I took a pic of my BBQ lunch. Does this count?

@RandallNeighbour - will you be posting some photos of your suspension install if you are DIY? There does not seem to be many youtube videos or step by step photos online.

Thanks

It was great meeting you Randall and you're always welcome to come back and hangout if you want. Hopefully the weather is better next time. My garage is available if you need help with anything. I've helped out a couple of guys free of charge. I've helped one guy replace his motor and helped another replace his water pump/ thermostat.
Where did you go for BBQ? The town of Elgin seems like it has a BBQ place every ten feet.
