Brake fluid flush amount from each brake

I know I've seen these numbers somewhere...how much should each brake flush out to completely clean out the old fluid in each line? Since you know...we can't change colors anymore.

There's a hundred threads with brake fluid in the title. Just looked the other day looking for blue fluid info. It's like 4oz fronts and 6oz rears. That's all I do. Clutch last.
