Man Dies After Driving Over Side of Piuma Road

Such a shame - this is a great twisty road to drive but alot of the corners tighten up real quick - you need to know the road well or drive with care.
I expect this guy and his friends had been to the Woodland Hills Supercar Sunday meet and then drive up into the hills. He may even be on the Rockstore photo page from yesterday am..
It says the car is a 98, so I guess it is a 996.
RIP.

It looks like there are heat exchangers beside the engine indicating an air-cooled. You always have to leave 20% on the table when entering a blind corner in case of ? especially on a decreasing radius corner. Too bad the young man didn't get to learn this. Autocross or the track(school) lets you learn from your mistakes. And autocrossing doesn't cost money. We need to get the kids there.
