I didn't go any further than making a small hole with a screwdriver. Got the Top Speed Pro exhaust in the meanwhile so car's in the shop for the "upgrade" :D Will find out, what it sounds like, tomorrow!

Let us know. Pedro Exhaust is hard to beat for the price, though.

First, on my 2.7L non-S '02, the Top Speed Pro muffler did not simply bolt on. The shop had to cut and weld the C-pipes because the angle of the C-pipes wasn't working out with the TSPro muffler. When the shop called me to say it's going to cost more because of the welding etc, I thought maybe they didn't follow proper instructions or something. But then when I looked the exhaust system myself, it was clear the C-pipes would have to be cut and welded.

Other than that, my experience is very similar to others. Exhaust sounds great except for the drone between 2800-3000 RPM and it is worse with the top up.

So I am, now, looking at cat bypass pipes :)

Pedro's mod has zero drone. I should start working for the guy... love it!
