Got the Boxster back... (IMS upgrade)

Finally got my car back on Friday. New clutch/flywheel, IMS Single Row Pro, AOS, RMS, timing chain tensioners, etc, etc....

I am really shocked at how light the clutch is. I had driven seven or eight 986's during the buying process, but I guess most were toward the end of their usable life (which would make sense for a used car). But wow...it's as light as the 2015 VW Golf I drove last fall. I will no longer fear traffic.

All of the IMS checklist items were fine...the intact original IMS is on its way to Mr. Raby.

The winter boots are now on, I just need to find the painted center-caps...

We now return you to your regularly scheduled program "Drive it like you stole it"

I had a new clutch put in mine a few months ago when the engine was replaced. I too was shocked at how light it is. I had the same fear of traffic before.

If you don't mind my asking, what did it cost?

My 03 will be getting a similar list of work done before spring.
