'03 wheels fit a '97...right?

I'm looking to buy some wheels/tires on Craigslist, and I just want to make sure...I have a '97, and I'm looking to buy factory 17" wheels/tires from an '03. All good?

BTW, here's a visual aid. These are the wheels/tires I'd be buying for my '97:

Factory 17" wheels from an 03 Boxster should most definitely fit a 97. With the 97 I think you are not supposed to use 18" or larger. To confirm, what are the wheel widths and offsets of the new wheels?

Bolt 'em on.

I've got a set of those wheels sitting in my shop for a "some day" project.

I can't remember the exact #s, but I think the offset is only different by a few mm's and the width by 1/2 inch.

Shouldn't have any effect.

Awesome. Thanks!

You're good. I have those same wheels on my '99.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I agreed to buy those wheels from the guy two days ago. He was out of town at the time, otherwise they would be in the corner of my garage right now.
